MY STORY

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002, I’ve been successfully treating adults, families, and youth throughout California and facilitating their self-growth. If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation. I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life.

GET THE MOST OUT OF LIFE

Cultivating Your Potential

At its core, therapy’s objective is to provide tools, solutions, and ways to reframe your current issues, allowing you to overcome challenges in many areas of your life.

EMPATHY AND UNCONDITIONAL POSITIVE REGARD

Guidance & Inspiration

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations.

Every individual is unique and a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy will not, in fact, fit all. A client’s own experience in this life is the most vital factor in the therapeutic process.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
